Margesella is an Infusion RN at ZenKetamine, bringing over two decades of nursing experience to the team. She spent many years in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit), developing precision in patient monitoring and a strong focus on safety and compassionate care. She now specializes in ketamine infusion therapy, supporting patients with depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.

Margesella earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Texas at Arlington (“Go Mavs!”) and has always been drawn to innovative and evolving approaches to healthcare. She enjoys the hands-on aspects of starting IVs and ensuring the infusion process is as smooth and stress-free as possible for patients.

Originally from Texas, Margesella enjoys visiting family with her daughter whenever she can. Outside of ZenKetamine, she runs a mobile IV hydration and functional wellness business, reflecting her passion for holistic and functional approaches to health.

Her approach is centered on helping patients feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout every treatment.

Raquel is a Registered Nurse at ZenKetamine, where she provides attentive patient care and support throughout the ketamine treatment process. Her role focuses on helping patients feel safe, comfortable, and well-informed, while ensuring each treatment is delivered with care and professionalism.

Nurse Raquel brings a diverse clinical background that includes experience in Adult Family Medicine, Medical-Surgical and Trauma care, Hematology and Oncology Infusion, and the Fertility Operating Room. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Phoenix and holds a Public Health Nursing (PHN) certification, reflecting her commitment to promoting health and wellness at both the individual and community levels. She is passionate about building meaningful connections with patients and values being part of a supportive team dedicated to improving mental health care.

Nurse Raquel approaches patient care with mindfulness and kindness, guided by the principle of treating every patient the way she would want to be treated herself. She especially enjoys developing rapport with patients as they move through their healing journeys. A unique detail about Raquel is that she coincidentally has a tattoo of ZenKetamine’s lotus flower logo—a symbol that reflects the growth and transformation she feels honored to witness in her patients every day.

Adolfo is a Registered Nurse at ZenKetamine with a strong background in critical and emergency care. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and brings over five years of nursing experience, including time in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department, and travel nursing. His diverse clinical experience has strengthened his ability to respond quickly, think critically, and provide high-quality care in complex and fast-paced environments.

Adolfo holds certifications in TNCC (Trauma Nursing Care Course), ACLS, BLS, and PALS, reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence. He takes pride in creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their treatment experience.

He was drawn to ketamine therapy because of its innovative role in mental health treatment and the meaningful improvements many patients experience after struggling for years with depression, anxiety, or PTSD. Adolfo finds great fulfillment in supporting patients throughout their treatment journey and witnessing them reconnect with work, hobbies, and meaningful time with loved ones.

Manpreet is a Senior Medical Assistant at ZenKetamine and a highly experienced member of the care team. She trained as a Registered Nurse at Baba Farid University of Health Sciences in India and is currently working toward becoming a practicing Registered Nurse in the United States.

Manpreet holds certifications in RCFE (Residential Care Facility for Elderly) and Basic Life Support (BLS) and is dedicated to creating a supportive, comfortable environment for every patient. Her approach to care is guided by empathy, attentive listening, and clear communication.

She finds the greatest fulfillment in making a direct, positive impact on the lives of patients and their families. Patients often describe her warmth and kindness by affectionately calling her their “angel” or “a daughter from another mother.”

Sima is the Lead Medical Assistant at ZenKetamine, where she supports both IV Ketamine and Spravato treatments, monitors patient vitals, assists providers during treatment days, and helps ensure the clinic runs smoothly and safely. She also plays a key role in training new medical assistants.

Sima earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Biology from UC Davis. Her background in behavioral health and clinical care has fueled her passion for mental health treatment, and she is currently working toward a Master’s degree as a Physician Assistant while continuing to gain hands-on clinical experience.

She was drawn to ketamine therapy because of its transformative impact on mental health. Witnessing patients regain hope and make meaningful changes after struggling for years makes her work deeply rewarding.

Lana is the Receptionist at ZenKetamine, and the first friendly face patients see when they arrive. She plays an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone who walks through the doors.

Lana enjoys connecting with patients and helping ensure their experience at ZenKetamine feels comfortable, smooth, and positive from the moment they arrive. She takes pride in being part of a team that supports patients on their healing journey.

With a natural warmth and attentiveness, Lana approaches every patient interaction with kindness, patience, and understanding, helping patients feel at ease and cared for throughout their visit.
